Click here for “Preparing a Home to be Photographed”.•How long does it take to photograph a property?oGenerally speaking, approximately 1 hour for 1,250sf of living space. ▪A 2,450 home, plus exteriors, would take approximately 2 hours to shoot.▪If doing a Matterport and/or floor plan, the time will approximately double the time to shoot a property.•When will you receive the photos?oI try to get them to you by midnight of the day that I shoot. At the latest, you can expect them within 24 hours of the photo shoot.•Do you need to be there for the photo shoot?oNo, you don’t.
