Pricing for Unique Properties

Let’s say you’ve got a 75-acre horse farm with a house and some outbuildings which will be listed at $1,500,000. The standard pricing would probably be too high for such a property. In this case, I’d charge an hourly rate for my time at the property. There is no additional charge for the time I spend developing the photos. Contact me for a quote. • Onsite Hourly Rate - $90/hour

It’s so easy and inexpensive to get great photos!

1. You contact me to setup a day/time to take photos. o Phone/Text: 717-413-1553 o E-mail: douglaslasala@gmail.com 2. I arrive at your client’s house to take photos. This typically takes 1 hour per 1,000sf. o Note: You’re welcome to be there, but you don’t have to be. Either the homeowner can let me in, or I can utilize our lockboxes (both Supra and combo). 3. I process all photos, pick out the best ones, and hand-edit each and every photo. 4. I then upload the best photos to Dropbox (typically by midnight the same day, but if not, they’ll be available within 24 hours of the photo shoot). 5. I send you an e-mail with a link to your photos on Dropbox. 6. You download the photos to be added to the MLS. It’s that simple. You’ll represent your client’s property with excellent photographs, and you’ll have more time to focus on your other responsibilities!
